Sigma Shares
The Sigma Share Portfolio holds a portfolio of indirect investments.
The Sigma portfolio was created from the conversion of Ordinary Shares
into Sigma Shares, where a slice of the Ordinary Share equity portfolio in
proportion to the number of converting shares was redesignated to the
Sigma portfolio, plus cash as a result of the placing. Over time this
portfolio will be repostioned to reflect the Sigma Share objective.
