TR Property Investment Fund featured in an article in Citywire discussing Warehouse REIT’s agreement with its fund manager, Tilstone Partners, to lower its fee. TR Property’s Marcus Phayre-Mudge discussed the impact for shareholders, arguing that the change allowed “fairer outcome for shareholders” and created a “compelling incentive, not just to build a high-quality portfolio, but also to keep a sharp focus on the share price, which is what shareholders ultimately experience as their return”.
