TR Property’s fund manager Marcus Phayre-Mudge participated in a panel discussion titled “When will REITs rebound?” alongside Richard Shepherd-Cross, Managing Director of Custodian Property Income REIT and Bradley Biggins, Portfolio Manager at Schroders Capital.
The panel discussed narrowing discounts, delved deeper into which real estate sub-sectors are poised for growth and gave an overall outlook for the listed property market. When discussing the catalyst for the recovery of the market, discussion was held around the various events that have occurred such as the implementation of tariffs. However, the consensus was clear: the market recovery has already begun.
