TR Property Investment Trust’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in person at 14:30 BST on 18 July 2024 at the Royal Automobile Club, 89/91 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS. For shareholders unable to attend in person, the event will also be streamed live and recorded.
Shareholders will be able to watch a live webcast of the meeting via Investor Meet Company. However, please note that shareholders will not be able to vote online at the AGM via the platform and are therefore requested to submit their votes via proxy, as early as possible. Investors can sign up to Investor Meet Company for free and register to attend here.
The AGM provides an opportunity to review the performance of the Trust over the past year and for private shareholders to provide feedback. TR Property’s fund manager, Marcus Phayre-Mudge, will make a presentation at this meeting and will then open the floor for questions. Questions can be submitted in advance of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company Platform or emailed to us directly at trpitagm@columbiathreadneedle.com up until 9:00 BST on Wednesday 17 July 2024, or can be submitted at any time during the AGM itself on the Investor Meet Company platform.
A replay of the fund manager’s presentation will also be made available online shortly after the meeting.
