TR Property was among the best-selling investment trusts on Fidelity’s personal investment platform in August 2024, demonstrating the trust’s popularity amongst retail investors, as interest rate pressures ease.
In an article covering the list, Fidelity investment writer Graham Smith comments: “A new entrant – TR Property Investment Trust – took ninth place. As an investor in UK and European commercial properties, the trust has benefitted so far this year from the prospect of lower interest rates as well as decent economic growth in the UK. It currently trades at an 8% discount with a 4.5% yield10.”
