Range Rover Works, a leading independent Range Rover and Land Rover specialist service centre serving Southwest London and the surrounding areas, has become the latest tenant at TR Property Investment Trust’s Ferrier Street Studio’s in Wandsworth. Joining Joe and The Juice, and a well-known high end luxury fashion brand as other recent tenants, Range Rover Works has signed a 10-year lease for the 1,797 square foot, fully refurbished industrial unit.
This follows TR Property completing the second stage of its refurbishment at Ferrier Street, which is transforming the estate into a modern, energy efficient business hub. The sustainability-led and dynamic nature of Ferrier Street’s transformation were key in securing the lease, with the brand-new workshop space allowing Range Rover Works to continue offering its high-quality service.
Having already been based at Ferrier Street for the past three years in another unit, Range Rover Works has grown a loyal customer base in Wandsworth and the surrounding areas. Its decision to remain within the estate highlights the importance of location for both customer convenience and staff access. With Wandsworth Town Station and Old York Road’s amenities on their doorstep, the area offers a unique mix of connectivity and community.
